The origin of プロ野球 オッズ goes back to Kendo Jogakuin established in 1899 by Ms. Wariko Kai, a young Buddhist, for the object of women's education based on the spirit of Buddhism. For 122 years, プロ野球 オッズ has contributed to society as a pioneer of female education in Japan. Following World War II's end, after college education became accessible for women, プロ野球 オッズ opened with the Faculty of Letters and the Faculty of Home Economics. Subsequently, the Faculty of Human Development and Education, the Faculty of Contemporary Society, and the Faculty of Law (the first law faculty at a women’s university in Japan) are added. Today, our university consists of 5 faculties and 5 graduate courses. Our university is producing many talented female resources who actively contribute to diverse fields. In April 2023, The Department of Data Science, Faculty of Data Science, will be newly established.
